Cassidy Bolt has been an attorney investigator at Wagener Law since 2024. She started practicing labor and employment law in 2021, and she currently focuses her practice on conducting neutral workplace investigations.
Ms. Bolt began her labor and employment law practice at Paul Hastings, a premier law firm that U.S. News and World Report has ranked among the “Best Law Firms” in the country. She has represented a wide variety of employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. She has represented companies in all aspects of employment litigation, including employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, trade secrets, negligence, invasion of privacy, and wage-and-hour issues. She also has provided counseling on a wide range of employment issues.
Ms. Bolt earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a staff editor on the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. She also worked for the World Bank’s Special Litigation Unit and the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and she spent a summer working at a multinational law firm in Argentina.
Ms. Bolt earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (with minors in Spanish and Economics) from Duke University, where she graduated cum laude and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society. During this time, she spent a semester in Washington D.C. working at the Federal Trade Commission, and thereafter she worked in the legal department of GUESS?, Inc.
Ms. Bolt is admitted to practice law in California. She is a member of the San Diego Bar Association.
